Following are remarks regarding projects at my home under the supervision of Nick Canto and Solid Renovations General Contracting Inc. in Markham.After dealing with Nick on several occasions,I feel qualified to remark on my confidence in him in the handling of many varied situations. My kitchen and bathroom were both totally renovated and the floors throughout the main floor were replaced. New windows were installed throughout the house. Recently, the roof was replaced along with new eavestrough and connecting aluminum work and an awning.
Insulation of the house was handled efficiently with no resulting inconvenience.
Stonework was installed on the full driveway as well as sidewalks across the front of the house and along one side,as well as a full patio at the back of the house.
A new garage door was installed as well as a back door on the garage.
As a result of the above,it cannot be denied that I have full confidence in Solid Renovations General Contracting Inc. and Nick Canto.
I have recommended the service to family and friends who have been impressed with the work they have had done as a result.

I contacted Solid Renovations General Contracting Inc. to do my front step based on their flyer I got in the mail. Nick came out to my residence in a timely manner and was able to quote on the spot.Nothing but high-end materials were used and quality workmanship by the team was extraordinary. Only took 3 days and the step was complete. It’s really something to look at. Am very pleased with the results.

Over the years we have had several jobs done by Solid Renovations General Contracting Inc. The first job was the replacement of roof shingles and re-bricking of our chimney. I was impressed at how close the brick was matched considering the house was over 50 years old.
The second job was the installing of a skylight in our kitchen which since then has never leaked and we appreciated the quality work done by the carpenter.
The third job was the replacement of our eavestrough which has functioned well since its instalment.
The forth job was the renovation of our kitchen.We were impressed by the quality and efficiency of the workmanship done.About 8 months after instalment a hairline crack appeared in the quartz countertop.It was replaced without fuss and no extra cost to me.
The fifth job was the replacement of our roof shingles, the other shingles had grown old since the first job was done so well we had Solid Renovations General Contracting Inc.do the roof again.
